Please note the following:- 

• Our Special Package Prices and Contents are FIXED, no substitutions, no alterations or reductions.  However, clients can CUSTOMIZE their own package by listing the items/equipment they would like to rent, where a Special Price would be offered based on the information provided.
• Installation fees are included in all packages.
• Additional Fees would be charged for Wedding Receptions scheduled on or falling on Public Holidays.
• T.F. refers to transportation fees. Please click here for more information on fees we will apply based on the location of your event.

• Free Guest Books may vary in style, colour, brand or number of pages at time of booking. 
• Fog Machine Rental - Please ensure that the use of fog would be allowed at your venue. You can review our terms and conditions for more information.  
• A fee would be charged for SITE VISITS which range from TT$150 and up based on the location. Fifty percent (50%) of this fee is reimbursed upon final confirmation of rental. Clients are encouraged to send pictures or short video of location to our whatsapp number: 868.375.2494
• Additional Fees would be charged for events that are booked late.
• Customers would no longer qualify or be eligible for our free add-ons if a package is upgraded or downgraded less than thirty (30) days before the equipment rental date.
• All Free Add-ons are valid up to ninety (90) days after your confirmation payment (e.g.  your payment to confirm/book your rental package).
• Any additional loads exceeding our free dry and wash sessions, two (2) sessions of one (1) load, can be paid for separately by the customer.

• The Packages above were designed for rental locations /areas within the West side of Trinidad which includes but are not limited to Diego Martin,  Petit Valley, Westmoorings, St. James, Long Circular & Woodbrook.  For other locations please click here for the transportation fees which would apply separately.
• These package prices are applicable only for small birthday parties, baby showers and photo booth events.
• Additional Fees would be charged for Events scheduled on or falling on Public Holidays.
