Site Visits are Important
This is an example of the basic layout we would provide after a Site Visit, just to give you a visual of the camera placement. We also work within your budget and we can install if you have your own camera system or if you want us to supply one.
Not to mention, you can purchase your own material like pvc, trunking for the installation based on our recommendations, if you need to save on installation costs.
Terms & Conditions for Site Visits
It is always a pleasure to dedicate our time to serve you. However, in order to facilitate quotations or schedule job requests for Security Camera Systems (CCTV) we have some conditions.
A Site visit would be required before we can supply any quotation or invoice. Unfortunately, with fuel price increases in T&T we would not be able to facilitate any "Free" Site visits. A Site visit FEE would apply starting from TT$300 and up based on the location (contact us for more info.) Requests for Official (Formal) Quotations or otherwise would cost TT$150 each. However, if the job is confirmed with our company (via confirmation payment), this site visit fee would be refunded along with any cost for an official quotation.

- Your name
- The location for Installation (directions may be required)
- Contact number (to call)
- Residential or Business (for the camera installation)
- Single Storey or other (with a description)
- Number of Cameras required (if you know before hand). Otherwise we can recommend
- Your Budget for the camera system and installation in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TT$)
Payments can be made via online bank transfers to our business account or via an over the counter deposit at any Scotiabank Branch. Click here for more information.
Again, our site visit and quotation fee (s) would be deducted from the total estimated cost when you confirm the installation. Your confirmation is made when you sign our installation contract and a down payment is processed. Site visits are done between the hours of 10am and 1pm on Saturdays.
*Note: We would not be able to facilitate site visits for locations on a steep hill, deep valley or in a high risk area (hot spot), where our technician's safety would be of a main concern.
