CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS

Gill Tech Services Ltd (GTSL) operates mainly as an Online Store, however, we have Authorised Agents who retail some of our Products. Our Call Centre operating hours are between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.  

Exceptions would be made for scheduled deliveries to customers or equipment rentals to customers outside of these hours or days.

You can send us messages via SMS, WhatsApp (text), from our Website itself or via Email. 

Our response time to Emails and Website Requests is approximately within 24 to 48 hours.  

We would not be able to provide quotations or invoices via social media  platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram or via WhatsApp but only through our Website's rental request form/online booking form and via email.
