First time booking with us? Our rental process is very easy! 

1. Complete our Rental Request Form below or you can send an email to:- gilltechservices@gmail.com with the following information:-

• Your Full Name
• Contact Number
• Date of Event 
• Location
• Start Time and End Time of Event 
• List the Equipment you would like to rent from our Website

2.  We would receive your Request and respond with a Quotation within 24 to 48hrs.

3.  After receiving our Quotation you can Download and Complete our Rental Agreement > Then Resubmit. 

4.  When the completed Rental Agreement is received on our end we would email you our Banking Information. Afterwhich, you can make your Payment via an Over the Counter Bank Deposit or Online Bank Transfer, after receiving our Banking Information. Note: You can request an Invoice to complete this step/process if required.

5.  Send us a copy or screenshot of the payment receipt and you are now BOOKED! The Rental Equipment/Item(s) would be SECURED for your Event!

6.   Easy Process! See you at your Event! 

NOTE: Our Quotations or Invoices are valid for Ninety (90) days | Prices are subject to change thereafter. Also, note the following:-

• Our response time to emails and website requests would be within 24hrs or 48hrs, however, we would try our best to reply to you sooner! 

• Send your rental request based on Equipment/Item (s) advertised on this Website. NOTE: Transportation Fees are NOT included in D.I.Y. Rentals. Rental starts from the day/time equipment/item (s) are delivered. Complete the Rental Request Form below for the Total Rental Cost.

• Our Transportation Fees, Refundable Caution Fee, Equipment Rental Agreement and Payment Options.

• Pictures or a short video of the location/area via WhatsApp would assist us in recommending the best solution for your Event.
