Our Equipment Rental operations are based ONLINE ONLY in Trinidad as we have NO physical office for pick up. We offer Equipment Rentals and other services up to certain locations in Trinidad.

To Facilitate any Tobago Event - starts at TT$2,500 additional (room/stay inclusive of all transportation costs)

NOTE: Our transportation fees have to be added along with equipment rental costs due to the increased cost and/or usage of fuel, the wear and tear of our vehicles along with the labour cost to deliver AND return to collect our equipment and/or items. The transportation fees above would NOT apply to rental of Truss or LED Cocktail Tables which would carry different transportation fees. These fees can start from TT$600.00 minimum to TT$2,000.00 based on the location of rental/event and the quantity. Please complete our rental request form to receive the total rental cost.

Other Fees & Conditions

Deadline for Bookings | Agent Processing Fee

All bookings should be made in advance. We would accept bookings which are made at least five (5) workings days in advance of the desired rental date, with at least sixty percent (60%) confirmation down payment made. The forty percent (40%) balance must be paid on the date of event or our overdue fees will apply. An additional fee of TT$300 would be applied for all late bookings.

For Weddings and Expos we advise clients to book at least one (1) month in advance to secure their rental. Payments made via our Authorized Agents would incur an additional ten percent (10%) to our quoted fee which represents the Agent Processing Fee. If payments are made via bank deposit or online wire transfer to our Scotiabank business account we would not apply any additional fees.

Public Holidays

TT$500 would be added to all bookings carded on or falling on a public holiday (e.g. Republic Day, Christmas Day, Boxing or New Years).

Far Distances

For far distances like Toco, Manzanilla and Point Fortin an additional cost will be added which can range from TT$600 upwards.

Late Bookings, Cancellations and Postponements

Late booking and same day bookings will incur an additional fee of TT$300 to the regular rental fees.

We have a thirty percent (30%) non-refundable fee for cancellation or postponement of rental after payment is made, up to the day before the event. There would be no refunds for cancellation of rental on the day of event by the client.

Site Visits

A fee is charged for site visits which range from TT$300 and up based on the location. This fee would be reimbursed upon final confirmation of rental.

To reduce costs, clients are always encouraged to send us a short video of location via whatsapp (868.375.2494) or pictures of location via email (gilltechservices@gmail.com) so we can determine the exact cost of rental and if we would accept the job. We would also require a brief description of the layout of proposed event and the list of services you require.

Setting up Day before Event

Normally our team would setup equipment on the day of event, however, if the client require setup on the day before, an additional fee would be charged along with our caution fee, which would be based on exact time and location. Please note that this fee will be exclusive of a required caution fee. Clients would be required to complete a form and provide two (2) forms of ID along with a proof of address.

Management reserves the right to refuse any booking

Caution Fee / Late Fee for Rentals

It has become necessary to charge a caution fee for equipment rented overnight at a site unsupervised by our staff. This is important in the event of theft, destruction or any other unexpected occurrence at the site. The caution fee would only represent a small percentage of the entire value of the equipment rented. In the event of damage or theft the caution fee would not be refunded to the Renter and the balance owing based on the value of item (s) would be charged to Renter or person acting on behalf of the Renter.

Once the equipment is returned in the same condition as they were delivered we would refund the caution fee paid. Caution fees may start from TT$500 depending on the value of the equipment rented and location of rental. Two (2) forms of identification and one (1) utility bill in your name showing proof of address (no more than 2 months old) must be provided with this option. A penalty fee of TT$400 per day would apply for the late return of rented equipment.
