CONDITIONS FOR INSTALLATIONS | sITE VISITS | dELIVERY
Please note the following:-
- We have a site visit fee but this amount would be deducted when a down payment is made to confirm the installation. Besides which all site visit fees are non-refundable.
- A delivery fee would be applied to all confirmed orders not requiring an installation from our company.
- All payments for site visits and deliveries must be made and confirmed on our end in advance. No cash on delivery or site visit. Once the payment is verified on our end, the site visit or delivery would be scheduled.
- Customers must be onsite during the installation to confirm their satisfaction of the installation by completing the form provided. Any additional lighting if requested last minute and once we have the items onsite must be paid for in cash on the spot. Online bank transfers or cheques would NOT be accepted for late requests or orders.
- Site visit fees and delivery fees would not be refunded if the client makes a cancellation, rather than a postponement. Instead this amount would be charged for our administrative fees to facilitate the cancellation. All site visits and deliveries must be completed within thirty (30) days from the confirmation date.
- All electricity plugs must be easily accessible and close to the location for led strip installation. We can recommend an independent contractor during the site visit or customers can seek the services of their own electrician.
