Our retail store and equipment rental operations are mainly based online, however, we offer equipment rentals and other services up to certain locations in Trinidad.
Please see below the transportation fees which would apply to equipment rentals and other services up to the locations listed below:-
All bookings should be made in advance. We would accept bookings which are made at least five (5) workings days in advance of the desired rental date, with at least sixty percent (60%) confirmation down payment made. The forty percent (40%) balance must be paid on the date of event or our overdue fees will apply. An additional fee of TT$300 would be applied for all late bookings.
For Weddings and Expos we advise clients to book at least one (1) month in advance to secure their rental. Payments made via our Authorized Agents would incur an additional ten percent (10%) to our quoted fee which represents the Agent Processing Fee. If payments are made via bank deposit or online wire transfer to our Scotiabank business account we would not apply any additional fees.
TT$500 would be added to all bookings carded on or falling on a public holiday (e.g. Republic Day, Christmas Day, Boxing or New Years).
For far distances like Toco, Manzanilla and Point Fortin an additional cost will be added which can range from TT$600 upwards.
Late booking and same day bookings will incur an additional fee of TT$300 to the regular rental fees.
We have a thirty percent (30%) non-refundable fee for cancellation or postponement of rental after payment is made, up to the day before the event. There would be no refunds for cancellation of rental on the day of event by the client.
A fee is charged for site visits which range from TT$150 and up based on the location. Fifty percent (50%) of this fee is reimbursed upon final confirmation of rental.
To reduce costs, clients are always encouraged to send us a short video of location via whatsapp (868.375.2494) or pictures of location via email (email@example.com) so we can determine the exact cost of rental and if we would accept the job. We would also require a brief description of the layout of proposed event and the list of services you require.
Normally our team would setup equipment on the day of event, however, if the client require setup on the day before, an additional fee would be charged along with our caution fee, which would be based on exact time and location. Please note that this fee will be exclusive of a required caution fee. Clients would be required to complete a form and provide two (2) forms of ID along with a proof of address.
Management reserves the right to refuse any booking
It has become necessary to charge a caution fee for equipment rented overnight at a site unsupervised by our staff. This is important in the event of theft, destruction or any other unexpected occurrence at the site. The caution fee would only represent a small percentage of the entire value of the equipment rented. In the event of damage or theft the caution fee would not be refunded to the Renter and the balance owing based on the value of item (s) would be charged to Renter or person acting on behalf of the Renter.
Once the equipment is returned in the same condition as they were delivered we would refund the caution fee paid. Caution fees may start from TT$500 depending on the value of the equipment rented and location of rental. Two (2) forms of identification and one (1) utility bill in your name showing proof of address (no more than 2 months old) must be provided with this option. A penalty fee of TT$400 per day would apply for the late return of rented equipment.
We always try to go the extra mile for our customers in emergency situations or otherwise. If we can facilitate a late order then we would also be required to charge a late fee which would range from TT$150 upwards and depends on the purchase amount or location of delivery.
